Our services are intended to offer access to digital content and membership features, not guaranteed outcomes or specific spiritual results. 2. Payments and Payment Processing Payments on our website are processed through Stripe or other authorized payment partners. Membership Plans and Billing We currently offer the following membership options: Monthly Membership — A recurring subscription billed at the price shown at checkout (currently $19.99 per month). Your plan renews automatically on the billing schedule shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal date. We aim to make cancellation straightforward. Lifetime Membership (VIP Lifetime Access Pass) — A one-time payment shown at checkout (currently $490) that provides ongoing access to your purchased membership content for the operational lifetime of the Elovins service. This is a single, non-recurring charge — you will not be billed again for this membership, and it does not renew automatically. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Elovins platform and service, not the natural lifetime of any individual. If the Elovins service is permanently discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice to active Lifetime Members where practical. For Monthly Memberships, you may cancel at any time through your account settings, customer portal, or by contacting us at hi@elovins.com. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law. Stripe’s subscription tools support cancellation immediately or at the end of the current billing period, including through its customer portal. 6. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible first-time membership purchases, including both Monthly and Lifetime memberships. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge date by contacting us at hi@elovins.com and including the email address used for your purchase. Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Stripe explains that customers commonly see a refund credit in about 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank, although timing can vary and some refunds may fail or require an alternative refund arrangement. Refund Conditions We may deny refund requests if: The request is made more than 14 days after the charge date There is evidence of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or repeated refund exploitation The purchase was made in violation of our terms or through unauthorized access For Monthly Memberships, we offer refunds on the first-month charge when a reasonable request is made within 14 days of the membership start date. We are not able to offer refunds for monthly renewal payments that occur after the initial membership period; as stated on this page, memberships renew automatically until canceled. For Lifetime Memberships, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the original one-time purchase. Because the Lifetime Membership is a single, non-recurring payment, there are no renewal charges to refund. Refund requests made after the 14-day window has passed may not be eligible, except where required by law. This refund policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under law. 7. Easy Cancellation We want members to be able to end a subscription without unnecessary difficulty. For Monthly Memberships, you can cancel renewal at any time using the method provided in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not automatically reverse charges already paid unless a refund is requested and approved under our 14-day money-back guarantee. Stripe’s customer management tools are designed to let customers update or cancel subscriptions and view billing history. Lifetime Memberships are a one-time purchase and do not renew, so there is no recurring billing to cancel. If you wish to request a refund on a Lifetime Membership, you may do so within the 14-day money-back guarantee window described above. 8. Membership Access and Language Access Your membership gives you access only to the content, plan, and language included in the membership you purchased, unless we clearly state otherwise on the product page. Lifetime Members receive continued access to the content, plan, and language included in their Lifetime Membership for the operational lifetime of the Elovins service, subject to these terms. We may update, organize, improve, or replace content within a membership as part of normal service operations. 9. Intellectual Property and No Copying All content on Elovins, including but not limited to prayer series, written materials, audio, video, graphics, logos, downloads, branding, page designs, and membership materials, is owned by Elovins or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. By purchasing or using our membership, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own private use only. You may not: Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, share, translate, distribute, sell, sublicense, or exploit our content Record, rip, scrape, or download membership content for resale or redistribution Share your login with others Use our content to create competing products, channels, memberships, or services Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices Any unauthorized use may result in suspension, termination, legal enforcement, or both. 10. Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity that occurs under your account.
